As per our experience,  one of the major things that one goes through in life  for say 25 + years is  one’s office or professional life.  Here many a times one goes through handling a difficult or immature boss or a bad department head, and  at times an inconsiderate management.  Tackling them well  and confidently is a very important aspect of your working life, otherwise life could become hell for you in office.  You could quit a job because of these features or you may face flak unnecessarily and even may lose a job.  It could also be that many crooked deputies could ruin your  projects, career or day to day happiness.

We appreciate the requests from a number of parents to enroll their school /college going children in our programme. However due to the depth & serious nature of our programme we take on candidates who are at least 18 years of age and/or who are in the final year of the degree programme or have completed any Diploma.  This is essential as a certain level of maturity is needed to appreciate & benefit from the programme.

 The business world has been created by men for men. It is this world that you have to stand up and succeed in.  It is more difficult to for women to  be successful in this world. For this, you really need to have that extra edge in you to handle people, fight difficult situations and face & fight discrimination. You will have to  Create A Space for Yourself in this man’s world.

 Can you really change?

Especially in my last 20 years of work, I noticed  2 types of professionals.  Both types had equally good domain knowledge of their work/ subjects.

One type had in addition, excellent communication skills and was also good in many different areas like Public Relations, making friends, winning over clients and making excellent personal contacts.  ( These guys most probably were also more active in extra-curricular activities during school & college times. ) I noticed that these guys moved up the corporate ladder very fast.

The other type also did well, but only those who had a really excellent domain knowledge did make a good mark. I am pretty sure that all the others in this type, had they rounded off their personalities well in time, could have got a lot more in return.

I see a lot of the second types, excelling in their work, but not being able to make a  mark in meetings, discussions, presentations etc - which is becoming very important nowadays  ( whether you like it or not ). These people at times lose a lot despite being talented.  Though they have a point to make, they are not able to put it forward with ease  /effectiveness and at the right moment when it matters.

However, it is never too late to overcome these issues.  Even between 30 to 40 age, you can bring in a  great change in your personality and move up the corporate ladder. When you have spent the first 30 years of your life mastering a domain, what stops you from taking a small one-time effort of 2 to 3 months to break some barriers and unshackle some chains 
which are limiting your progress?    

          There is no greater honour than supporting someone’s growth and evolution in life.

Who are the Trainers?  What is their background?

Nowadays you can get any degree from anywhere in India or in the world. The options are many-full time, part time, correspondence, on line or  just  by sending your fees/ payment !  You may thus be "qualified" in the academic sense.  In this scenario of oversupply of all professionals, the question to ask yourself is whether you are good enough to beat the competition, are employable, whether you can be a leader or an entrepreneur and whether you are QUALIFIED TO SUCCEED IN LIFE.


Dinesh Bandiwadekar worked as  GM ( Marketing ) of RAK Ceramics PJSC  in UAE ( Dubai & RAK ) for 10 years. ( Global sales in 2010: USD 1 Billion. )  He also worked as  Asst Vice President( Marketing ) in RAK Ceramics India Pvt Ltd.  Besides that he has worked in Mumbai at V.P. level positions in Pidilite Industries Ltd; TPF Group ( www.tpf.eu) of Europe, and a few other MNCs, after starting his career as a G.E.T. in Tata Electric Companies. 

He is an Engineer - B.E. (Hons)  from the prestigious VJTI ( Mumbai University )  ( 1985) &  MBA - from IIFT New Delhi ( 1987) and has 30 years of working experience in the private and corporate sector internationally.  

He has also participated in the Engineering Leadership Program of the Rice Center for Engineering Leadership (RCEL) of Rice University in Houston, TX, USA and holds certificates in Personal Leadership Development Planning and Leading High Performing Teams,  Relationship Management, and Self Awareness and the Effective Leader.

Back in 1988, he was offered a Ph.D. research position in Developmental Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. 

He also holds a certificate in POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY  from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ( UNC ) in the USA. He also holds a certificate in PSYCHOLOGY AT WORK from the University of  Western Australia at Perth and a certificate in PERSONALITY TYPES AT WORK from the University of Florida.

He also holds a certificate in ADHD: Everyday Strategies for Elementary Students from the State University of New York ( SUNY ) and the University of Buffalo in the U.S.A. 

He also holds a certificate in English for Career Development from the University of Pennsylvania  ( UPenn ), USA.

He has topmost scores in international English testing exams:  653 ( 99 % ) in TOEFL( 1991) & Bands 8's & 9's scores in IELTS ( 2004 ). He has written for over 20 international magazines, and also for the Times of India on multiple occasions. He has been a contributor to the American Marketing Association's  ( AMA ) journal - The Marketing Educator. He also worked as a Hon. Consulting Editor of the ARAB CONSTRUCTION WORLD magazine published from Lebanon from 2001-2003. He was also a member of the Construction Writers Association of Illinois, USA.  During his college days, he compered/produced programmes on All India Radio ( AIR).

In 2002, he was invited to write an article on "'Dubai- An International Hub for Building products" for a special publication "CONSTRUCTION FOCUS"  from a UK based publishing house on Dubai's then Crown Prince H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The publication highlighted Dubai's construction industry and infrastructure.

He is highly experienced in situations where results matter a lot and where the competition is cutthroat and where a high level of interpersonal skills are required.  He has also attended several self-development training courses and has traveled to over 30 countries on business assignments. Handling office politics is an issue of great concern to him and he attempts to understand and master the current situations of his clients. 

Rajashree Bandiwadekar has worked at various managerial level positions in State Bank of India for 12 years in India. She has also worked in the UAE ( Dubai ) at the National Bank of Umm Al Quwain as Manager- Credit. She has interacted with top-level bankers and finance executives during her 15 years of working experience. 

She is a B.Com from the University of Bombay ( 1987 ) ( Podar College, Matunga ) &  a  Cost Accountant ( AICWA) ( now  ACMA)  by qualifications.

She has trained a number of working professionals and students in all aspects of Personality Development, Critical Thinking, Soft Skills, and English Speaking Skills.

Jointly they bring to the table 45 years of high-level managerial working experience in the corporate business sector which helps students tremendously.

  • If you are a very confident, capable  & dynamic personality, you do not need a Mercedez or BMW to enhance your image.  

         Travelling in a Wagon R is just enough for you. Inner confidence and self-esteem are what matters. There are bigger things to look in

          a person.

  • Personality is “in and out”. You should not exhibit a fake persona to others and while you are a different person inside. We will change you from inside and that will reflect you on the outside to others.
  • You may hold a very ordinary mobile phone in hand, but your confidence in talking will make the other person feel you are someone with an expensive gadget in hand.
  • A strong personality is at peace with himself/ herself.
  • Fancy academic qualifications do not make a great personality. A great personality is a combination of many qualities and things put together. Even academically less qualified people can make a great personality with a lot of other virtues.
  • Intelligence is to be measured not by your IQ or academic endeavors or mathematical skills or scientific knowledge, but by many other aspects.
  • We believe that a leader has to be made, trained and delivered, and leadership skills is one of the most important things in life
  • You do not have to be an IIT-IIM graduate to be the CEO of a great company. Just an ordinary graduate with tremendous leadership skills is more than sufficient.
  • Style, English speaking skills/ fluency and accent, looks and being fashionable is just one small aspect of your personality. A great personality is something much beyond that.

Our society, specially urban- is losing track of our great culture, our great Indian languages, our mother tongues, our great songs, our excellent down to earth vernacular schools, our culture and  our original education prowess that made great Indians till now. Why are people now rushing to International Schools and forgetting our own strengths?......Just to be more westernised, modern, suave and elegant and speak English in a western or a neutral accent ?  Are we not making  a big mistake? Is this what we call a Suave Personality ?  No,  a great personality is something much beyond all these superficial  things.  Don’t you know the best of Indian Doctors, Engineers, Scientists, Lawyers, Politicians, Educationists came from  vernacular medium schools?.  Keeping all these in mind, we turn you around to overcome some many “artificial” drawbacks that are created by modern India.           ( examples of artificial drawbacks : English language prowess, Group Discussion in English, Neutral English accent. ) According to us, you can come from a  humble family, go to a simple/ humble neighbourhood school in a middle class area and still emerge a fantastic personality.  You need just that confidence that can take you places. 

This is not an English Speaking Class.....it is far more than that..........

English for us is not a Language…...It is an Operating System !

The operating system (OS) is the most important program that runs in your computer ( brain ).  Every person's brain like a computer,  must have an efficient operating system to run many programs and applications such as " interviews, participating in discussions,  cracking GD’s, and arguing in debates and making presentations".  A good operating system (English ) in your brain- performs basic  but important tasks such as recognizing input from the work environment, sending output to the other person, keeping track of  happenings around you, and controlling peripherals  such as printers/ scanners.( Read "deputies/ staff/colleagues" ) and connecting to mainframes ( Read "Bosses, Directors" etc.) English, like an excellent operating system, links your computer (brain) to the outside and inside hardware and  software and makes your programming ( your life ) proceed efficiently.

English thus is no more a language, it’s an operating system  for your computer ( your brain ) !
