As a professional you have reached great heights in your life and for your near and dear ones. Unfortunately many others don't have your skills / intelligence / qualifications and/or other resources. If you are a real professional, you should share some of your good luck/ advantages with others. This forum helps people with challenges- cognitive / mental / physical to keep hope for the future by upgrading whatever skills they possess or develop some skills from zero. BUT for that we need ideas from intelligent people like you to openly share on this platform, and also connect with people directly ( if it is possible for you ) . Alternatively, you can only share your ideas on this platform and we will make it available to people, with due credits to you.
Doctors / Psychologists are excellent in treating people and getting them on track, but eventually it is a question of a livelihood / occupation / job for many- for many years and not just a few months! We are on the search for sustainable income options for many people with different disabilities. If you can share some ideas, you have made a fantastic contribution to society. Such sustainable options can only come from multiple sources and mainly people working in the industry. In my experience- in India we have a big pool of very talented, intelligent and smart people who can come up with wonderful ideas to help others, but someone needs to channelise the efforts in this and ask for ideas.
The ideas of work/ income have to be simple, practical, and with small budgets. You could present it with a short description of the idea and IF POSSIBLE with any existing case of success.
We invite talented, dynamic, computer / tech savvy individuals - well qualified in different fields or even otherwise, to be a part of this Forum to suggest methods in which we can create livelihood/ income / jobs in this area for people with challenges. We can jointly analyse what type of people can manage that work, as there are a number of different medical/ psychological conditions. I am sure there are hundreds of workable ideas around that can help thousands of people.
This also could be a great way to contribute to society in a very effective manner and feel good. This service is free in all aspects.

Simple affiliate marketing work for small to medium size companies can be handled by differently abled persons. The tasks are repetitive and the internet/ social media marketing is catching up in a big way. Students should take up some training as per their abilities to learn simple social media work/ posting. They can just do basic work like posting. Companies should also entertain / train persons for this at some compensation as community service.

Start a circulating library that rents and also sells NEW & OLD books. This is something that can be easily managed, and it will spread the habit off reading. You can start from your home as well. Document all incoming books and outgoing date wise/ take deposits.

As a community service, Persona Academy ALSO trains/ guides slow learners for FREE for developing basic logical thinking and speaking skills. We use English as the medium so that the candidate feels confident to approach any potential employer. We have trained a few students like this and they are now employed somewhere on their own efforts.
Ours will be an effort to get the candidate to get initially ready for the world.
In this initiative the candidate should have passed atleast the 8th/ 10th standard.

We will also guide you for speaking better English and give tips for improvement through homework.
